The Dishwasher Operator 2 will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining the bin washer.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Utilize calculators to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license.
• Ability to lift and/or carry occasionally up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow all MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.
• Comply with all Food Safety procedures at all times.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Follow standard operating procedures to safely handle corrosive chemicals, extremely hot water, and sharp tools, using proper care and precautions.
• Set up and operate the bin washer according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting tasks for the machine as needed.
• Check and record temperature and chemical levels.
• Audit screen per operating instructions for debris that may accumulate; clean as necessary.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Report any issues and concerns to the shift Supervisor.
• Properly store clean bins per standard operating procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
