About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and personable individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator for weekday, second shifts and Saturday shifts. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments for our sales team, and follow up with potential clients. This is an opportunity to grow within a well-established and rapidly expanding company. You will be the first point of contact representing Storm Guard, so customer service etiquette is a must!

Requirements

• Professional, friendly phone demeanor
• Comfortable making outbound calls (cold calls)
• Ability to work 2-8pm Mon-Thurs and 8-4:30 on Saturdays
