Spring Creek Elementary is a PreK-5 school located in Chattanooga, TN. We serve a diverse community of about 700 students. At Spring Creek, we are hiring highly effective educators dedicated to helping us SOAR to high levels of success for all students. We believe SERVICE is at the heart of what we do daily. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program

• Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards

• Create a well-managed, structured classroom environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development and reflection

• Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
• Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
