Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- Valid state teaching certification
- Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church Commitment to the mission and philosophy of Catholic education
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience teaching at the elementary level preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards and Catholic teachings
- Foster a classroom environment rooted in respect, faith, and positive behavior
- Integrate Catholic values and faith formation into daily instruction and classroom life
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Collaborate with colleagues, staff, and administration to support school-wide goals
- Participate in school liturgies, meetings, professional development, and community events
- Maintain accurate records and fulfill all responsibilities associated with the teaching role
