STORE 2ND ASST. MANAGER
About The Position
Help Manager operate clean, safe, and profitable retail convenience store where customers like to shop, and employees like to work. Typically works opposite shifts of the Manager and assumes responsibilities for managing the store in the store managers absents. Must be 18 to sale alcohol and tobacco products .Full time position. Posses general knowledge of the store Managers role, represent Little General in a professional manner, Act as store manage in the absents of the store manager, assist in training employees, bank deposits, closing the store, Understand and follow state guidelines for selling alcohol and tobacco, Provide management coverage. shifts include nights weekend and holidays! will help with ordering and bank deposits, will fill in when others call off, Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Basic computer skills are required
- Must be able to read write and speak English
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Push pull and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to smell and identify odors
- Ability to hear clearly and interpret voice commands and telephone communications
