About The Position

Join our amazing warehouse team at Dollar Tree as a General Warehouse Associate! In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced, automated distribution center, making a difference in the lives of families and communities. We are looking for industrial athletes who are committed to safety and excellence. This position offers a starting wage of $19.00/hour, with additional shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Full-time and part-time positions are available, and you will have opportunities to earn extra pay through monthly incentives.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work mandatory overtime as needed.
