The Physical Security Operations Center (PSOC) Supervisor position at Per Mar Security is a full-time role based primarily in Pewaukee, WI, with oversight responsibilities for a secondary PSOC located in Cottage Grove, WI. The primary purpose of this position is to provide supervision and guidance to the security staff at two 24/7 Physical Security Operations Centers. The supervisor will ensure that all security operations are conducted in accordance with company and client policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of security at client sites as per contractual obligations. This role requires a strong emphasis on employee performance management, including training, scheduling, and adherence to security protocols. The PSOC Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and interacting with the security team across various shifts, including weekends, to ensure proper security coverage and compliance. The position demands a proactive approach to employee management, requiring the supervisor to conduct regular checks on security officers, assist in the hiring process, and resolve any client issues or complaints that may arise. The supervisor will also be tasked with maintaining accurate payroll records, overseeing the training of new security officers, and ensuring that all required reports and records are maintained and distributed appropriately. Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in security operations, with prior supervisory experience being highly preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as the supervisor will need to present information clearly to clients, employees, and management. Additionally, the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization is crucial. The PSOC Supervisor must also be physically capable of performing all duties associated with a Security Officer, ensuring that they can lead by example and uphold the values of Per Mar Security, which include integrity, communication, excellent service, and accountability.
