About The Position

Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for Anticipated Teaching Assistant positions at our Vail Farm Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year. The positions include a 35 hr/wk Part-time Special Education Teaching Assistant (2:1 Shared with Health Stipend). The starting salary for this position is $21,004. The District offers various benefits for positions that are 20 hours per week or more, including paid sick and personal days, health insurance coverage, and some paid holidays. Additionally, there is access to the Educator's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and optional enrollment in the 403B and/or NYS Teacher Retirement System (Pension). There is also a tuition reimbursement program available, up to $1,000. The starting salary is approximately $16.22/hr, but positions of 25 hours or more are salaried from September through June. Requirements

• Current NYSED Teaching Assistant Certification preferred but required to obtain prior to January 2025.
