About The Position
The Science Teacher is responsible for the instruction, progress, and discipline of all pupils in assigned classes, under the supervision of the school principal. This role includes instructional planning, providing written lesson plans, and preparing in accordance with the objectives of the instructional program. The teacher establishes positive learning expectations for all pupils, evaluates their progress, and maintains accurate records of their achievements. The position also involves implementing instructional methods, applying contemporary principles of learning theory, and participating in the development of new teaching techniques. The teacher is expected to maintain classroom conduct, encourage student growth, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
