About The Position
The Counselor for Middle School is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive school counseling program at the assigned campus. The counselor will counsel students to develop their academic, career, personal, and social abilities, addressing the needs of special population students. The role involves delivering guidance curriculum in various group sizes, educating students on skills necessary to handle troublesome circumstances, supporting students in challenging situations, and assisting them with resources to navigate crises.
