The position is for a Teaching Associate in the Department of Animal Sciences and Agricultural Education at California State University, Fresno. The Teaching Associate will be responsible for assisting in the instruction and evaluation of students while actively enrolled in a graduate program.   • Enrollment in at least 6-units for the semester or in two courses toward the degree.
  • Ability and willingness to work with computers including common word-processing software.
  • Demonstrated satisfactory progress towards the degree.
  • Ability to relate well with others within the academic environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to working effectively with diverse backgrounds.
  • Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
  • Expertise in a closely related natural science discipline.
  • Evidence or desire for publications in scholarly journals.
