About The Position

The Department of Civil and Geomatics is seeking Instructional Student Assistant (ISA) applicants. The department reserves the right to choose the most qualified candidate for each position and to assign Instructional Student Assistant to the courses that are appropriate for the department program and curriculum in any given semester. Due to staff and curriculum changes, courses offered may vary, and no guarantee of employment from semester to semester can be made. Anticipated Appointment Dates: This position is opened until filled. If you have applied and no other positions are available, you will be notified. Fall 2025: August 18, 2025 - December 22, 2025. Spring 2026: January 15, 2026 - May 22, 2026. Hours: 0-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/Submit students records/grades
• Evaluate student assignments
• Canvas management
• Attend ISA orientation as needed
• Assist the instructor in the laboratories
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Chair in consultation with an appropriate faculty member
