The School of Music seeks students as Graduate Assistants. Appointments are contingent upon adequate funding. The department reserves the right to choose the most qualified candidate for each position and to assign Graduate Assistants to the courses or duties that are appropriate for the department program and curriculum in any given semester. Due to staff and curriculum changes, appointments may vary, and no guarantee of employment from semester to semester can be made. Anticipated Appointment Dates: This position is opened until filled. If you have applied and no other positions are available, you will be notified. Fall 2025: August 18, 2025 - December 22, 2025; Spring 2026: January 15, 2026 - May 22, 2026. Hours/Units per week: Students can work up to 20-hours per week; 1-unit is equivalent to 2.66 hrs per week (40hrs x 1-unit/15-unit). No more than 6 units, (or not to exceed 7.50 total WTU's in one semester, which equates to 20-hours per week.
