About The Position

Bolster Heights is seeking a 24-hour, Residential Cook to join our team on the evening shift! This position pays $18.00 per hour. Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoast Maine. CMH's hospital facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital. CMH also supports Central Maine Medical Group, a primary and specialty care practice organization. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years cooking experience.
• Experience cooking in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and serving of food for the residents and guests, using proper food handling techniques in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Follows established policies and procedures set forth by the facility.
