Additionally, the position requires preparing equipment for emergency operations, making repairs to reduce downtime during emergencies, and maintaining required maintenance and repair documentation. The technician will perform repairs and overhauls on various automobiles and equipment, conduct preventive maintenance, perform Virginia State inspections, and engage in welding repair and fabrication.
