As a driver, you can expect to earn between $1,600 to $2,200 per week, with additional mileage pay, student pay, and weekly bonuses. We offer safety bonuses that allow you to earn rewards for a full year after you get into your own truck. Our home time policy allows you to plan on being out for 2-3 weeks, with one day off for every week you are out. Drivers have the option to stay out longer if they choose. We have our own customer base, which enables our planners to schedule runs 24-72 hours in advance, ensuring that our drivers are consistently running without relying on brokered freight. Our equipment includes newer model automatic Peterbuilts, equipped with double bunks and fridges, and we maintain a no-camera policy in our trucks. All loads are 100% no touch, with 70% drop and hook deliveries, primarily on regional runs east of I-35. Drivers are welcome to take their trucks home, and we provide weekly pay via direct deposit along with great benefits and an unlimited cash referral program.
