About The Position
The Personal Banker - Branch Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding the expectations of the 'ESP' (Exceptional Service Provider) program. Under general supervision, the successful candidate will perform a variety of duties in promoting and selling bank deposit services to new and existing clients. The role influences the professional image of the Bank within the community it serves. The candidate will serve as a leader by exhibiting professionalism, promoting service, being operationally sound, and possessing strong leadership and teamwork skills.
