Requirements

  • Active 220 General Lines (Property & Casualty) Florida Insurance License (REQUIRED)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience in insurance or a similar field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals
  • Proficiency with insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the agency

Responsibilities

  • Sell and service a wide range of personal and commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products, including auto, homeowners, renters, business, and general liability.
  • Build and manage your book of business through outbound calls, referrals, networking events, and client follow-ups.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend the best insurance solutions tailored to each client.
  • Stay compliant with all state regulations and agency procedures.
  • Maintain accurate client records and process all necessary paperwork in a timely, professional manner.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring all clients feel informed, protected, and valued.
  • Collaborate with other agents, underwriters, and support staff to maximize performance and drive agency growth.
