21st Century Enrichment Instructor - Power Scholars (Summer Program)
About The Position
21st Century is seeking energetic and creative Enrichment Instructors to support our free four-week summer learning program for students entering grades K�5. This summer program is offered in partnership with the Nashua School District and the YMCA of Greater Nashua. Enrichment Instructors will lead engaging, hands-on afternoon activities that complement morning academic instruction in reading and math. Activities may include STEM, arts and crafts, fitness, leadership, cultural enrichment, cooking, or other project-based learning experiences. Power Scholars Academy is committed to supporting academic growth, building confidence, and providing meaningful summer learning experiences for Nashua students. Requirements
- Experience working with elementary-aged children required
- Reliable attendance required
- Background check required
Nice To Haves
- Background in education, youth development, coaching, arts, or related field preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate structured enrichment activities
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Support student engagement and positive behavior
- Collaborate with Site Directors and program staff
- Supervise students during program hours
