The position involves investigating Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software protocols and adapting them for specific needs. Candidates will be expected to work with Windows and C# for development, although experience in Java is also acceptable. Knowledge of FPGA/ASIC is beneficial but not mandatory. The role requires a Bachelor of Science degree and a current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
