To learn more about PJT Park Hill Group, please visit www.pjtpartners.com/pjt-park-hill Primary responsibilities include: Drafting marketing materials, including offering memoranda and presentations Responding to investor due diligence requests Qualitative and quantitative analysis of managers’ investment theses and track record of investments Performing financial modeling and analysis for property, portfolio, and platform level transactions Park Hill Summer Analysts are exposed to all elements of a private placement transaction and play a critical role throughout the engagement decision and marketing process. The Park Hill Summer Analysts have significant interaction not only with senior principals at Park Hill, but also with clients and investors. As a result, Park Hill Summer Analysts develop a deep understanding of the real estate private equity marketplace.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
• Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 – Spring 2028
