With over 800 professionals across a national platform, KeyBanc Capital Markets has more than $30 billion of capital committed to clients and an award-winning Equity Research team that provides coverage on over 700 publicly traded companies. The summer analyst program provides an excellent opportunity for senior-level banker and client exposure and higher, immediate “hands-on” experience. KBCM provides its Summer Analysts unprecedented professional development opportunities through a mix of on-the-job training and structured, hands-on experience. The program is designed to provide broad experience across all stages of transaction executions, from pitch phase through closing. Because our Summer Analyst Program is a direct pipeline for our full-time Analyst positions, it offers exceptional potential for you to return to KBCM upon graduation to start your capital markets career. Together with the broader KeyBanc Capital Markets platform, our capabilities include corporate lending, debt and equity capital markets, M&A/A&D advisory, private placement advisory, commodity hedging derivatives and equity research, among others. Our oil & gas corporate lending commitments total approximately $2.3 billion across more than 60 clients, and since 2016, we have participated in more than 50 equity and debt offerings totaling over $23 billion. The Oil & Gas team’s senior investment bankers offer deep domain expertise, bringing an average of nearly 20 years of corporate finance and energy industry experience. KeyBank’s Campus Program Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). This includes, for example, situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment eligibility.
