Santander US is looking for the best talent to support our growth ambition and become future leaders through our 2027 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program. Our Investment Banking team is part of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Division of Santander. We provide leading service worldwide through an integrated approach that gives our clients access to the full range of Santander CIB Financial Services and integrated local teams. What You Will Gain Our Summer Analyst Program, beginning in June 2027, provides comprehensive training and introduction to Santander, CIB, and its capabilities. You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your development during the internship. The 2027 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program is for undergraduate students in a four-year program who have an anticipated graduation date of May/June 2028. Based in New York (NY), you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies. Whether it is raising capital for an expansion or buying another company, our Investment Banking teams provide innovative and creative financial solutions for all clients’ needs. Our teams are focused on developing long-term relationships and crafting strategies that help our clients grow and innovate. We provide sound advice, offer clients access funding, and execute transactions, all while helping clients manage risks in today’s complex environment. We work across teams to bring comprehensive solutions to clients’ challenges, allowing them to achieve their objectives and remain competitive across global markets.

Requirements

An undergraduate student in a four-year program with an expected graduation date of May/June 2028.
Cumulative GPA is 3.5 or above.
Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and courage.
Sharp communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, interacting professionally, transparently, and effectively with people at all levels.
Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required, foreign language skills are a plus.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges.
Ability to multi-task as required.
Ability to work independently on special projects.
Ability to effectively contribute in a team environment.
