About The Position

As a Summer Analyst at Cascadia, you'll join our Capital Markets team which focuses on serving our private equity and private company relationships with full-service advisory and execution of financing transactions to facilitate acquisitions, growth capital, structured capital, and internal recapitalizations. Here’s what you’ll experience: Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and refine financial models that support strategic decisions Client Materials: Assist in preparing pitch books, client presentations, and confidential memorandums Industry Insights: Conduct deep dives into industry trends and competitive landscapes to guide client strategies Real-World Exposure: Work directly with senior bankers, contributing to live projects and transactions
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and a collaborative attitude
- Outstanding writing, research, and communication skills
- Critical thinking ability to analyze complex data and distill insights
- Leadership and initiative in academic, extracurricular, or work settings
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized under pressure
- Genuine interest in investment banking
- While we don't require a specific major, a solid understanding of finance or accounting will help you hit the ground running
- We’re looking for candidates with a strong GPA (3.5+ preferred)
- Undergraduate students graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
