About The Position

We are hiring a Year-Round Finance Intern to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Marketing Team. As a team, we work directly with business leaders to develop financial models, forecasts and reporting, and analyze financial results to drive strategic execution. Our team works directly with Marketing and Product Development, as well as with the controllers that directly support them. This is a year-round internship role that consists of part-time work (15-20 hours per week) during the school year and full-time hours during the summer months.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree at a nationally accredited program
• Actively enrolled in a degree seeking program at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship or co-op position
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

• Preferred majors for this position: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Marketing Analytics (with Business focus)
• Preferred academic standing for this position: Rising Junior - May 2027 Graduate
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Unafraid to ask questions
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
• Desire to learn visualization tools such as Tableau, as well as work with SAP

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Prepare accounting journal entries
• Perform ad hoc financial reporting and analysis supporting projects
• Support business needs during month-end processes
• Reinvent business processes
