This program offers university and graduate students hands-on experience through project-based work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Throughout the program, Interns will have exposure to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities. The Electrical Engineering intern will support Altium Library development for the Products team in San Diego.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university in Electrical Engineering.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Altium
  • Ability to travel for in-person orientation and program kickoff as well as for final presentation at program completion
  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Responsibilities

  • Produce Altium parts and follow the internal process to include them in the library.
  • Support mid-level and senior engineers with their projects
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency
