Start Date: July 15, 2026 End Date: September 13, 2026 Must be available 5 days a week in July and August, Must be available 7 days a week during the US Open (August 23rd - September 13th) The Role To provide customer service and enhance the USTA's image by following customer service policies and procedures Respond to general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints by phone, email and chat in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner Respond to inquiries by researching and resolving problems related to transactions handled by the Ticket Office Provide all guests with ticket access info, plan information, and mobile delivery Skillfully interact with fans of the US Open and USTA Staff to provide a positive experience Assist Ticket Staff with various projects. Projects may include: tracking and reporting of ticket sales and/or availability shipping through FedEx shipping system price checking Other duties as assigned
