About The Position

Are you passionate about payments, IoT devices, and keeping travelers moving? Our IT Parking Systems Internship gives you hands-on experience supporting the mission-critical parking platforms that power one of the airport’s largest revenue streams. As an intern, you’ll partner with application engineers, field services, vendors, and operations to help keep Parking Access & Revenue Control Systems (PARCS), reservations/eCommerce, license plate recognition (LPR), and payment processing reliable, secure, and available. Requirements

• Must be an active student in a bachelor's degree program in computer science, engineering, business administration or related field at an accredited college or university.
• 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

• Current, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher from one of the following universities: University of North Texas, University of Texas at Arlington, University of Texas at Dallas, Paul Quinn College, or University of Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or present written, oral, and electronic presentations to management staff.
• Participate in a variety of professional development activities providing practical experience in the application of academic skills toward the solution of business problems.
• Participate in project work assisting department professionals developing procedures, performing financial, operational, or business analysis, or developing/evaluating performance measures.
• May compile business or operational data; assist in forecasting activity levels; assist in developing business solutions to department or organizational problems.
