Requirements

  • Completed BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation of December 2025 or May/June 2026
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Overall GPA of 3.0
  • Strong interest in finance and investment banking
  • Prior completion of Accounting or Finance coursework
  • High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
  • Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program

Responsibilities

  • Create and analyze financial models
  • Develop client presentations
  • Conduct industry research
  • Support senior investment banking professionals in merger and acquisition and capital raising transaction teams
  • Provide credit underwriting support
  • Draft information memoranda
  • Develop management and investor presentations
  • Facilitate the deal process from start to finish
