About The Position

This is a reality for AbbVie Interns. The Sales and Operations (S&OP) and Demand Management team is dedicated to developing highly efficient S&OP and Demand Management processes that effectively cater to multiple product types, including Pharmaceuticals and Aesthetics. Our mission is to drive cross functional execution and transformation of Supply Chain S&OP and Demand Management processes, as well as standardization, education, and training that is Fit for Purpose by Therapeutic Area and Commercial.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or other related field.
• Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 - June 2027.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and principles.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support various projects for the Supply Chain S&OP Team.
• Provide project management support for continuous improvement projects across the team.
• Support execution of S&OP processes and cross functional interdependencies.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and provide input on process improvement opportunities.
