About The Position

Foundry Construction and Supply is seeking a dynamic and motivated Supply Chain Undergraduate Intern to contribute to our world-class supply chain operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and inventory management while supporting Intel's ability to meet production and customer requirements efficiently. This internship offers hands-on experience, allowing you to learn and apply knowledge, build valuable skills, and explore career opportunities in a collaborative and innovative environment. Your contributions will directly support Intel's business goals and help drive impactful results across the supply chain. This is a summer internship opportunity with a supply chain organization; this is a project-based internship that will include a true supply chain problem to solve and make recommendations at the end of the Summer. Project scope can vary from cost savings, time savings, new dashboard/model, streamlined process, etc. Each intern will have a unique project to research during the summer period and provide a resolution or a potential business impact with your recommendation at the end of the summer.

Requirements

• You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
• The candidate must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or a related field of study.
• Must have GPA minimum of 3.0

Nice To Haves

• Supply chain management or engineering (procurement, supplier selection, management, contract negotiations, logistics, distribution, planning, materials/inventory management, factory operations).
• Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Understands and streamlines business strategies, customer, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data analysis to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to meet production needs and customer requirements.
• Contribute to special projects that drive innovation and enhance Intel's supply chain operations.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of material movement and inventory management.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
