This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact. What It's Like: Our team is responsible for the billing and commerce catalog components of every rate plan and service offer that T-Mobile takes to market. We gather requirements from the business and ensure those requirements are implemented in all necessary front end and back end systems to ensure our products and services are available to customers in all sales channels. What You'll Do: The intern will learn the end to end process and partner with existing team members to automate our workflow. Using an AI first focus to drive process improvement and digital tool adoption, the candidate will help empower our team to deliver offers faster for our business.

Requirements

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • proficiency in SQL, ChatGPT(or other AI technologies)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships
  • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.
