As a Product Management Intern at GM, you will drive initiatives that shape the future of mobility, data, and customer experiences. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to define product strategy, create data-driven roadmaps, and deliver innovative solutions that impact millions of customers. This internship is designed for MBA students with prior experience in technology, consulting, or product-related roles who want to deepen their product management expertise.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Finance, or related technical or business field
  • Currently pursuing an MBA. Must be graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in product management, technology, consulting, or business strategy
  • Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior PMs and business leaders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-impact product areas.
  • Translate customer insights and market data into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Partner with engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Evaluate product performance using data and propose optimizations.
  • Drive launch planning, execution, and iteration cycles.
  • Balance customer needs with business goals to create extraordinary experiences.
  • Conduct executive presentations.
