Applied Materials’ Semiconductor Product Group Department is searching for an intern to join our team in summer 2022! [The position is inside SPG strategy group with focus on business analytics. The opening is to address the need in developing SPG market sizing data and dashboard infrastructure]. The position will entail the following:
Requirements
- Student must be pursuing a Master’s degree program in Business Analytics, or a related field
- Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle large amount of data and combine information from different sources
- Data management, data analytics experience preferred
- Strong mathematical and excel modelling skills, Excel VBA is a must
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner
- Team player
- Proactive, passionate, curious individual with strong desire to learn and grow
Nice To Haves
- Tableau knowledge and data automation is a plus
- Semiconductor knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue, market and share data
- Support market share and market sizing data and dashboard infrastructure creation
- Data automation with latest IT system and tools
