About The Position

The 2026 Summer Management Internship at Iron Ridge, WI, offers a 12-week paid hands-on training experience at our Menards Distribution Center and Midwest Manufacturing Facility. This internship is designed to provide students with practical experience and the opportunity to collaborate with management on various projects and initiatives. The internship will run approximately from May 2026 to August 2026.

Requirements

• Must be within THREE semesters of graduation
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the areas of interest
• Open to work 32 hours per week during the summer
• Desire to pursue a management career
