About The Position

Hilco Global is a diversified financial services organization delivering valuation, monetization, advisory, and capital solutions across industries. Our teams help clients unlock value, navigate complexity, and drive performance improvement. This summer, we’re offering internship opportunities across three of our core business units: Professional Services, Capital Solutions and Shared Services (corporate business service units). Interns will gain hands-on experience, contribute to real client engagements, and develop professional skills in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Internship Tracks Track 1: Professional Services – Valuation & Advisory About the Professional Services Team Hilco Global Professional Services provides valuation, appraisal, and advisory solutions across industries, helping clients navigate restructuring, turnaround, real estate, intellectual property, and performance improvement challenges. Track 2: Capital Solutions – Lending, Investing & Asset Monetization About the Capital Solutions Team Hilco Global Capital Solutions provides innovative lending, investing, and asset monetization services across industries, helping clients solve complex challenges and strengthen long-term business performance. Track 3: Shared Services About the Shared Services Team Hilco Global’s Shared Services teams provide the essential operational, financial, and people‑focused infrastructure that supports every business unit across the organization. These functions include Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal, and other corporate operations that keep the enterprise running efficiently and strategically. Interns in this track gain exposure to the internal workings of a global professional services firm and contribute to initiatives that strengthen organizational performance.   • Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university, with preference for students entering their junior or senior year
  • Concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • Strong analytical, decision-making skills, and an interest in financial analysis and corporate finance, as demonstrated by coursework, or prior experience
  • Leadership, extra-curricular, or volunteering experience with a passion for results

Responsibilities

  • Support valuation and appraisal projects across industries
  • Assist advisory teams in restructuring and performance improvement engagements
  • Conduct market and financial analysis to inform client strategies
  • Prepare presentations and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
  • Present project outcomes to leadership at the end of the program
  • Support projects in lending, investing, and asset monetization
  • Assist with presentations and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in weekly development sessions and networking events
  • Present project outcomes to leadership at the end of the program
  • Support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and learning & development
  • Assist Accounting & Finance teams with reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and internal processes
  • Conduct research and prepare materials for internal stakeholders, leadership, and cross‑departmental teams
  • Participate in weekly development sessions and networking events
  • Present project outcomes to leadership at the end of the program
