For better outcomes and true relief. Since 2017, mySugr one of the most popular diabetes management apps is part of Roche Diabetes Care. This internship position is located in Indianapolis, on-site. The Opportunity You will attend, support and/or plan team meetings and workshops to build and maintain an understanding of ongoing activities and projects. You will investigate and drive further automation and simplification of current processes. You will support teams to manage complex system structures and interfaces. You will prepare a summary of learnings and point out improvement areas you discover. You will work both autonomously and with others on projects with the goal of achieving process and/or safety improvements, as well as cost savings. Program Highlights Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship. Program start dates are in May/June (Summer). A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship. Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects. Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry. Who You Are (Required) Required Education: Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).

Requirements

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).
Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Computer Science, Statistics.
Basic skills working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Google Tools.
STEM background.

Nice To Haves

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in the job duties listed, either through course work or industry/academia.
