Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses. We are currently seeking high-performing college students interested in a career in the financial sector to participate in the WSFS Bank 2026 Wealth Summer Internship Program. All internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events. Internships are available with various Wealth departments including: Bryn Mawr Trust of Delaware, Bryn Mawr Trust Advisors, Private Banking, Endowments and Foundations, Global Capital Markets, Trust & Wealth Finance, Wealth Investment Services, and Investment Research.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • A business or related college major is preferred
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2026
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews and orientation with Human Resources
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including working on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint
  • Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting in the beginning of June and ending in mid to late August
  • Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Associates across lines of business to learn the day-to-day operations and strategies behind business decisions
  • Participate in a comprehensive internship curriculum, including a specified learning path, networking roadmap, and framework for a division-level team project & presentation to senior leaders
  • Engage in networking, volunteer and community service opportunities, and interact with WSFS Bank executives
  • Attend social events to engage with peers and division leaders
  • Participate in business line workshops and DE&I resource groups
