Trex Company, the world's number one decking and railing brand, and leader in high-performance, low-maintenance outdoor living products, is seeking a Quality Intern to take part in our Summer Internship Program. Quality Interns can expect to assist engineers and quality professionals with routine tasks and reporting, collecting data, and structured data analysis. They will support all continuous improvement quality initiatives projects, complete time studies of existing quality professionals, and implement improvements to drive improved efficiencies within the department. The intern will evaluate and streamline data collection storage of the quality department, develop automatic reporting of quality data in real time, monitor quality professional tasks, and mitigate any safety risks of completing the tasks. Additionally, they will complete small projects as needed by the quality manager or director.
