About The Position

Fiserv's Summer Internship Program provides college students with a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and leadership skills outside of the classroom. As part of a global support team, interns will collaborate with professionals across the enterprise. In addition to hands-on work, interns will engage in various activities such as sessions with Senior Leaders, team projects, and networking events. The summer internship program will run from June 1st, 2026, to August 7th, 2026, with interns expected to work approximately 40 hours per week. Fiserv is seeking college students who possess ambition, enthusiasm, and a clear vision for their career. The Finance Internship Program serves as a talent pipeline for our Financial Analyst Program, which offers full-time opportunities in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Business Unit Finance. Interns will be responsible for gathering and organizing data to support departmental projects or reports, while also having the chance to provide valuable insights and suggestions. They may also have the opportunity to accompany experienced professionals on assignments, gaining exposure to various aspects of the organization. Specific activities and responsibilities will vary based on the assigned project.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2028 in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline, with a strong preference given to rising seniors
  • 3.5+ GPA
  • Applicants must have unrestricted work authorization and should not require future sponsorship
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience
