About The Position

Requirements

• Penultimate year undergrad or 1st year master’s student at a recognized university.
• Minimum of a 2:1 / 3.6 GPA, completed and awarded before July 2027.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Financial Engineering.
• Strong mathematical, quantitative and problem-solving capabilities.
• Programming experience in Python, and strong technical skills in Excel, VBA, and R.
• Demonstrated interest and passion for financial markets, trading, and financial products.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage and deliver on multiple projects.
• Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Exemplary professionalism with internal and external clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a ten-week summer Internship Program focused on credit markets.
• Undergo one-week in-depth training covering Financial Markets topics.
• Contribute to Portfolio Management teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Work on fundamental and relative value trading strategies.
• Build models to evaluate companies as potential investments.
• Track historical trading correlations.
• Use macro themes to create over and underweights across different sectors.
