About The Position

The 2026 Summer Internship in Product Development at Bristol Myers Squibb offers a unique opportunity to work with colleagues throughout the entire pharmaceutical development process, from discovery to commercial launch and beyond. Interns will engage in a guided research project within a PD Project Team for approximately 10 weeks, gaining valuable industry experience and exposure to various aspects of the company. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university program seeking an undergraduate or dual-degree in biochemistry, biology, biomedical engineering, business analytics, chemical engineering, chemistry, industrial engineering, pharmacy, or supply chain.
• GPA of 3.0 or greater must be included on the resume.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Authorized to work in the US at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
