About The Position

Compassion International is seeking a college junior, senior, or recent graduate for its Summer IT Internship Program. This in-person internship, based in Colorado Springs, CO, offers a unique opportunity to explore your career within a Christ-centered organization committed to holistic child development. Interns will work on meaningful projects that have a lasting impact, while also growing professionally and spiritually. The program is designed to help interns harness innovative technologies and data-driven solutions to accelerate Compassion's mission of releasing children from poverty. Interns will have the chance to work in various technical areas, including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Ops, Data Science, Data Analytics, DevOps, Software Engineering, and User Experience and Design.

Requirements

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
• Act as an advocate to raise awareness of the needs of children.
• Understand and commit to child protection considerations.
• Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct.
• Report any concerns of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children.
• Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.
• Be a college junior, senior, or recent graduate with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2028.
• Be available for the entire internship period: May 26 to July 31, 2026.
• Legally eligible for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities
