Bravado: Finance (Onsite: NY): How You’ll CREATE: Billing: responsible for all invoices and credit memos. We also assist the credit department with all paperwork needed for collection of past due invoices or charge back from invoices. Accounts Payable: responsible for onboarding vendors and coding invoices. General Accounting/Finance: assist in supporting team month end close Looking for candidates to assist with Sales invoicing Accounts payable Provide support to the finance/accounting team as needed Bravado - Licensing (Onsite: CA): How You’ll CREATE: Drafting deal write-up summaries and chasing deal approvals via email Updating and monitoring deal tracking logs on Monday.com Developing presentation decks, one sheets, and other sales tools Implementing new systems & guidelines for creative/product development Assisting in miscellaneous office projects, i.e. merch giveaways, shipping samples, organizing storage closets, etc.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
- Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028
- Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing or transportation accommodations)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
- Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in fast- paced, high-pressure environments

- Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
