2026 SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Location: Athletes First Office – Atlanta, GA Program Dates: June 1, 2026 – July 24, 2026 Reports To: Department Managers Compensation: $20/hr, Non-Exempt OR College Credit Offered About Athletes First Athletes First is a full-service athlete management firm that has been representing elite NFL players since its inception in 2001. Program Overview The Summer Internship at Athletes Firsts in the Atlanta, GA office offers a challenging and rewarding experience for students looking to explore the business of professional sports in an agency environment. You'll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals across football operations, client relations, and talent marketing gaining hands-on exposure to what it takes to represent and support elite NFL talent. Department Rotations Client Relations: See how we build and maintain meaningful relationships with our clients. This department is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring our athletes feel supported at every stage of their careers. Football: Dive into the strategic side of player representation, including contract research, draft preparation, and league compliance. Get a behind-the-scenes look at how we advocate for our players on and off the field. Talent Marketing: Learn how we build and elevate our clients' personal brands. From sponsorship development to social media strategy, this department works to expand our athletes' presence beyond the game. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Passion for sports, entertainment, or business Prior related experience is a plus but not required Legally authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer Exposure to the highest levels of professional sports and a front-row seat working alongside elite NFL athletes, coaches, and front office executives
