About The Position

PepsiCo Finance team members are key decision-makers and influence the direction of the company. Requirements

  • Currently concentrating in Finance or related concentrations.
  • 3+ years of work experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional business leaders.
  • Awareness of digital trends and curiosity to learn about new tools/technology.
  • Ability to manage and glean insights from large data sources.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digitization.
  • Interest in Corporate Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Build annual and long-term strategic brand plans.
  • Prepare the business case for new innovation.
  • Manage marketing budgets across all brands.
  • Develop monthly forecasts and the annual operating plan.
  • Work with Customer Teams to drive sustainable revenue and profit growth.
  • Set retail pricing and package architecture strategy.
  • Manage the company's product manufacturing and distribution strategies.
  • Execute a wide range of transactions including acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Manage corporate liquidity and foreign exchange exposure.
  • Partner with the Center of Excellence for global direct and indirect materials.
