Join the innovative and impactful team at Roche Diagnostic Solutions, where we are developing a cutting-edge sequencing technology to power tomorrow's genomics. This internship position is located in Santa Clara, on-site. The Opportunity The intern role will give you hands-on experience with system development by participating in characterization, investigation, integration, and verification activities. Program Highlights Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship. Program start dates are in May/June 2026. A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship. Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects. Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).
  • Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program).
  • Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Systems Engineering.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Complements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion.
  • Experience in developing test methods.
  • Experience with characterization studies.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with JMP, MATLAB, or other statistical analysis software.
