Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering / Computer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives that ensure products meet the highest standards for safety, reliability, and compliance.
  • Contribute to innovation and product improvement in Research & Development.
  • Research new technologies and customer needs using tools such as CAD, FEA, LabView, simulations, and software development.
  • Apply engineering skills to improve the safety, reliability, and performance of current products.
  • Partner with engineers to evaluate prototypes and verify designs through fixture development and testing.
  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to bring products to market efficiently.
  • Work with engineering teams to design, develop, and test software solutions.
