We are seeking motivated and innovative individuals to join our 2026 Kickstart Internship Program in San Francisco, California! As an intern, you'll work alongside project teams tackling challenges in mechanical processes, including system design, optimization, and implementation across various industries. You will have the opportunity to contribute to significant projects throughout the United States, involving tasks such as technical report preparation, system analysis, and hands-on work in mechanical process design and improvements.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Completion of a minimum of Sophomore (second-year) standing in an accredited engineering program

Responsibilities

  • Engaging in a variety of projects that the skills and principles you've learned in school
  • Contributing to the design and optimization of mechanical systems and processes
  • Participating in project management and communication with team members and clients
  • Attending and contributing to client meetings
  • Conducting field work and project site visits
  • Receiving mentorship from experienced engineers and advisors
  • Networking with employees, engineers, and clients
