As a Human Resource Intern at Bell, you can expect to administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs, assist management in the decision-making process of different human resources functions, actively participate in recruiting and selection processes, assure compliance with state and federal regulations, and promote an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or closely related required
  • Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
  • Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1-August 7, 2026

Responsibilities

  • Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs
  • Assist management in the decision-making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training
  • Active participation in recruiting and selection processes
  • Assuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Assuring an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce
